Wade Trammell, founder of Trammell Group, launched his real estate career in Chattanooga, TN, in 2015. Driven by a passion for redefining service in the real estate industry, Wade has built Trammell Group into a real estate powerhouse with multiple locations across the Southeast. Since its inception, Trammell Group has helped hundreds of families achieve their real estate dreams by consistently delivering exceptional service. Wade’s professional accolades include being named Keller Williams Realty’s Realtor Rookie of the Year in 2016. Since 2019, Trammell Group has consistently ranked in the top 1% of the market. Outside of real estate, Wade enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife, Ashley. He is also an avid golfer who appreciates the challenges and camaraderie of the game.
